ABOUT: Join Bike Walk Macon and Meals on Wheels for a festive, pet-friendly walk through Macon Christmas Light Extravaganza! Bring your pup and a bag of pet food to donate to Meals on Wheels’ Pet Food Pantry, helping local seniors and those in need care for their furry companions. Enjoy a relaxed, 2-mile stroll with our pups, taking in the holiday lights and learning more about Meals on Wheels' work in the community.

Details:
This one-hour, easy-pace group walk meets on the third Tuesday of each month (March to June and September to December) at 6:00 PM. Each month, we’ll feature a guest guide and a special topic to discuss as we explore the streets of Macon.

Participants should be able to walk 3 miles nonstop. Wear appropriate fitness gear and bring water. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

Before each walk, we’ll do some light stretching as Bike Walk Macon’s Education Instructor shares pedestrian safety information and smart walking tips.
