Re-Cycle Macon provides free, upcycled bicycles to adults. Their program supports individuals navigating houselessness, food insecurity, and recovery by giving them reliable transportation to get to shelters, medical care, jobs, and food sources.
Each quarter, local volunteer mechanics repair and distribute 20 bikes, helping neighbors move forward with dignity and independence.

U Create Macon supports youth in Macon and surrounding counties with a wide range of bike-related programs. From group rides and mountain biking teams to bike giveaways and Earn-A-Bike initiatives, U Create ensures every kid who wants to ride has access to a bike, gear, and mentors.
They’re home to the world’s first official youth affiliate of the Major Taylor Association and offer inclusive coaching, community rides, and opportunities to grow on and off the bike.
